Can I cancel my order?
The answer is yes you can cancel your order, but you have a short period of time in which you can cancel your order and get a full refund. Online orders can be canceled up to 24-48 hours after the initial order is placed. Please know that you only have a window of time to cancel your order, once we receive your order we start a process that assures you get your furniture in a timely manner therefore if you must cancel please do so within 24 hours. If you need to speak to a representative with in these 48 hours you can do so by calling 562-432-0562 or email us at email@example.com . After the 48 hours cancellation window has expired the sale becomes final. Once you receive a confirmation number from Caravana Furniture indicating furniture is ready for shipment of deliver orders can not be cancel. This will happen between 24 to 48 hours after you have placed your order. This confirmation takes precedence over the 24-48 hour cancelation window period.
What happens if I must need to cancel my order after 48 hours cancelation period?

Can I exchange my order for a different item?
Yes you have up to 48 hours or until you get a confirmation from Caravana Furniture to make changes to your order. Please note that you must contact Caravana Furniture as soon as you need to make changes to your order. Please do so at. firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us by phone by calling 562-432-0562. Please note that once you have received a confirmation from Caravana Furniture you will not be able to change your order, by this time Caravana is ready to ship your furniture or has made it available for pick up.
Can I return my order and get a refund.
The answer to this questions unfortunately is NO. Once merchandise has been delivered it may not be returned for a refund. Should an exception be made and we permit the return of any merchandise do to no fault of Caravana Furniture there will be a restocking fee of 30% and remaining balance will be issued as in-store credit only. Store credit will not be issued on shipping or delivery charges.
