RETURNS EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you must cancel an order, you only have a 24-hour window to obtain a full refund. Once we receive your order, we start a process that assures you acquire your furniture in a timely manner. Therefore, if you have to cancel, please do so within 24 hours. After 24-hours, the sale becomes final. However, we understand that things happen. If you need to cancel an order after the 24-hour window AND before delivery, there is a 30% restocking fee. The same goes for making changes. You have up to 24 hours, or until you get a confirmation from Caravana Furniture to make a change to your order.

Please note that once you have received an order confirmation from Caravana Furniture, you will not be able to change your order.

Likewise, once merchandise has been delivered, it may not be returned for a refund. Should an exception be made, and we permit the return of any merchandise, there will be a 30% restocking fee.
