At Caravana Furniture we offer easy and convenient delivery options. A fantastic perk when shopping with us is that all deliveries within 20 miles of our showroom include free assembly and delivery–something you can’t get from “big-box” furniture stores. Big-box stores often charge for assembly and an additional fee for delivery. Because assembly and delivery services are somethings we pride ourselves in, we hire qualified personnel to take care of you and your furniture. We know furniture can be difficult to put together, at Caravana Furniture we have a team to take away that headache. You just sit back and enjoy your new furniture without the hassle of difficult to read instructions and missing pieces. If you live outside the 20-mile radius, give us a call or a visit for delivery options.
If for any reason you prefer to assemble your furniture yourself, you must sign a waiver at the time of delivery or pick up. In addition, you have 5 days to notify Caravana furniture of any defects or missing pieces. Make sure to keep the original box as we require all items in their original packaging for a replacement.

Most orders are available for delivery or pick up within one week. One of our representatives will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your order. If your merchandise is not available or is out of stock, our representative will give you a call and give you an estimated time of arrival. At Caravana Furniture we pride ourselves in carrying products that are available for immediate delivery or pick up, therefore, most of the items you find on our online store are available for delivery or pick up between 2 to 4 days. On occasion, items must be special ordered. If the demand for a particular item is higher than anticipated, this results in delayed delivery between 4 -8 weeks. In this case, a representative will inform you right away.
We will contact you either by phone or email a couple of days before your scheduled delivery to confirm your address and merchandise you’ve purchased.
Things to consider before delivery:
- Please make sure an adult 18 or older will be home during the delivery window. The delivery window may vary with your location and order size, usually one to three hours, but sometimes it is greater.
- Let us know of any special arrangements to gain access to your residence.
- Before your appointment, please make sure the walkway and the area where you’d like the item placed are clear. The delivery team cannot move existing furniture to make room for the new item.
- Keep the room clear of any obstructions to ensure the safety of your belongings and the safety of our delivery team.
You will receive a courtesy call from one of our delivery associates 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled time of delivery.
During your delivery, there is nothing you to need to worry about. Our team will spend at your residence anywhere from 1 to 3 hours, depending on the complexity of the delivery. We ask that you please remain present for the duration of the delivery and setup. The delivery associate will give you an approximate time of completion.
To ensure your safety and the safety of your loved ones–especially the little ones, please maintain plenty of distance from our delivery associates. Big pieces of furniture have to be maneuvered and our delivery associates need space to work.
At Caravana Furniture we try to include as much information as possible so our clients can make the best furniture choice. However, it’s the client’s responsibility to make sure their new furniture will fit in the desired space. If the furniture does not fit, it is not the responsibility of Caravana Furniture to take the product back.
In the event that a piece does not fit, and the client wishes to return the piece, there will be a 30% restocking fee, not including delivery.
If there is not enough clearance through a door or hallway, the client must sign a waiver to lift any liability from us for any damage done to the furniture or to the surroundings while attempting to bring the furniture in.
Yes, customers may pick up their order at 975 Long Beach Blvd. Long Beach, CA 90813. A representative will contact you by phone or email with pickup details.
If your items require assembly, we will notify you of this upon order confirmation, at which point you can either accept or decline furniture assembly.
If you opt out of assembly by Caravana Furniture Professionals, you assume all responsibility and will not hold Caravana Furniture or its affiliates liable of furniture damage that results from poor assembly. In addition, the warranty will decrease from 12 months to 3 months if Caravana Furniture determines the defect was a result of poor assembly.

Caravana is not responsible for any damage to your furniture after loading. Its is your responsibility to ensure merchandise is protected during transit.
- Before our delivery associates leave your home, it is important that you inspect your new furniture. If there are any visible defects, you only have 48 hours to make a claim.
- We randomly ask our clients for permission to photograph their new furniture to showcase it on our website or in our social media. If you accept, just fill out the waver and we’re all set.
- Lastly, all you need to do is relax and enjoy your new furniture!
Absolutely. You can reschedule your delivery appointment by calling
(562) 432-0562. Please do so at least 24 hours in advance to allow other clients to take your time slot. Missed appointments will result in a $40 fee.
