All items come with one year manufacturer warranty against any manufacturer defects. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse such as exposure to extreme temperature or sun damage, negligence, improper assembly, accidental wear and tear, unauthorized repair. Manufacturer will determine whether items requiring repair or replacement fall under their warranties.
We try to ensure all of of our furniture is free of any damage at the time of delivery. In the event you received damage merchandise our delivery associate will return the whole item to the store or just the damage piece in order to replace it. If you find any damage on your furniture that was overlooked these are the steps that you have to follow:
- We ask that you contact us as soon as you detect a damage on your furniture, you only have 72 hours to report any damage
- Take pictures of the damage item and send us an email to email@example.com
- A representative will contact you to review the next steps to take
If your furniture was delivered in boxes and was not assemble these are the steps to take
Note on the delivery receipt if there was a damaged box.
Contact us with in 48 hours after delivery so we can remedy this issue.
If item is damaged or missing parts please do not throw the original packaging away. We will have our delivery representative pick up the damage part or will bring you any missing items. (please note time will vary on the time this issue will get resolved it may typically take from 1 to 2 days or up to 5 days if a piece has to be replaced)
Please note ALL damage pieces to be replaced must have the original packaging.
We appreciate your understanding through this process. We understand the inconvenience this may cause but Caravana Furniture will make sure you do not have to wait a long time to get your replacement pieces or missing parts. Please note that at times it may take some time to order parts transport them and make final repairs but again we will try to facilitate this process as much as possible.
